1. Be Realistic
If your #wedding is six weeks away, there is no way you’re going to miraculously (or safely) shed 20 pounds, no matter how badly you want to. Realistically, you can expect to lose no more than 2 pounds per week, so if you want to lose that 20 pounds, plan for it to take about 10 weeks. Being realistic about what you can accomplish in the time you have is my most important, and has earned the top spot, on my list of #weight loss tips for your wedding, for a reason – it’s absolutely vital!
