When you surround yourselves with a great circle of friends and family you know your bound to have an amazing wedding day. That’s how I feel about Sai and Phil’s Capitol Rose Garden wedding. Every photo is a good time; it’s playful and romantic, it’s Fun and sweet, and they look like a cool couple you just want to know.
