I love the rustic, country feel of a barn wedding. They are becoming very popular venues, and with this gorgeous rustic elegance wedding reception I can see why. I love the contrast of the family style tables and the country look of the barn with the touch of unexpected sparkle from the chandeliers. It's city chic ballroom meets simple backyard wedding.

Another wedding with a story I am happy to share! The bride and groom are very family oriented and since she was a little girl the beautiful bride always imagined getting married at her** parent's home**. With 275 guests and a mom who knows a little something about holding events, the backyard was transformed into a whimsical ceremony and reception area. The bride's mom, Stacey Winkler, hung lovely chandeliers from their trees and used her own vintage candelabras as centerpieces. Visit StyleMePretty to see photos of the bride's dad, Henry Winkler, who is the Fonz fromHappy Days!

Is it the lovely fabric, how a chandelier fits so perfectly, or maybe that a chandelier isn't decor you usually see in a tent that makes me love this trend so much! There is just something so dreamy and romantic about having a chandelier as part of your** tent reception decor**. Together with the fabric it softens the look and gives it an elegant glow.

**Are you using chandeliers to help your wedding day sparkle and shine? **
